The Idaho Dairymen’s Association (IDA) has been the most consistent industry voice supporting Idaho’s immigrant agricultural workforce. IDA has helped fund Catholic Charities of Idaho’s immigration legal services program specifically to support dairy workforce families, and CEO Rick Naerebout has testified publicly and pushed for years for federal visa reform since the existing H-2A program is seasonal-only and doesn’t fit dairy’s year-round labor needs.
